We value you as our customer and we want you to be overly thrilled with your purchases, however we understand that may not always be the case.
~ Returns ~
We try our best to make each purchase easy, simple and the best experience. Please contact us if you have any questions about your purchase in advance. If for some reason your purchase must be returned, please contact me as soon as possible so that we can make alternative arrangements.
All items must be returned undamaged and in the condition they were received.
Refunds and returns are not offered on sale items or on orders more than 14 days from the date of purchase. Returns are shipped at your (the customer's) expense.
~Shipping ~
Orders are carefully packaged and shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail and include delivery confirmation/tracking information. For international shipping, when available, please choose the correct location at check out. Shipping Insurance is optional and at your expense.
Please Note: Once an order is mailed/shipped (i.e. taken to the post office), we are unable to recall the order. If a package is delayed we will work with you to the best of our ability to try to locate it. If a package is lost or missing, replacement or refunds cannot be guaranteed. You can feel confident that we will do our best to resolve any unforeseen circumstances if they should arise.
